Open two or more presentations in Slide Sorter view, and then on the View tab, in the Window group, click the Arrange All button.

In the Colors gallery, click the color scheme you want.

On the Design tab, in the Themes group, click the Colors button, and then click Create New Theme Colors.
In the Create New Theme Colors dialog box, select the colors you want, and then click Save.

To add a picture to the slide background
On the Design tab, in the Background group, click the Background Styles button, and then click Format Background.
In the Format Background dialog box, click the Picture or texture fill option.
Click File, navigate to the folder containing the picture you want to use, and then double-click the picture.
To make the picture fill the entire slide, select the Tile picture as texture check box.
To use the picture in the background of the current slide, click Close, or to use it in the background of all slides, click Apply to All.
